We target within 48 hours of your signup. Once you complete onboarding, our team configures your AI outreach system, builds your lead list for your target market, and launches your personalised email sequence. You'll receive a confirmation email when your campaign is live.

Just the basics — your name, email, and target market or city (e.g. Miami FL, Austin TX). We handle everything else. No technical setup, no integrations, no complicated onboarding. If you have a preferred niche within real estate (luxury, commercial, residential) you can mention that too and we'll tailor the outreach.

Very little. After signing up you'll receive a short onboarding email asking for your target market. Once you reply, we take care of everything — lead sourcing, email configuration, and campaign launch. Your main job is to respond to interested replies and book meetings with prospects who engage.

Your outreach sequence consists of 3 personalised emails sent over 7 days. Each email is plain text — no heavy design or logos — because plain text emails have significantly higher open and reply rates. The emails reference the agent's name and city, making each one feel personally written.

Emails are sent Monday to Friday during US business hours (8am–5pm Eastern) to maximise open rates. We intentionally limit daily volume to protect your sender reputation and ensure high deliverability.

If you have a specific market in mind that's not listed, contact us and we'll confirm availability. Growth plan clients can target up to 3 markets simultaneously.

Most clients see their first replies within 3–7 days of their campaign launching. Cold email is a volume and consistency game — the longer your campaign runs, the more data we have to optimise. We typically see the best results after 3–4 weeks of consistent outreach. One commission from a new client typically covers a full year of our service.

Every Monday you'll receive an AI-generated performance report covering: emails sent, open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and a plain-English summary of how your campaign is performing. The report also includes recommendations for the coming week based on your results. Reports are generated automatically — no manual work required from either side.

Industry average for cold email is 1–3% reply rate. Our campaigns typically achieve 2–5% due to personalisation and plain-text formatting. At 25 emails per day, that's roughly 2–4 interested replies per week.

Your card is not charged until day 14 of your trial. After that, you're billed monthly on the same date each month. You'll receive an automatic receipt from Stripe each time a payment is taken. All transactions are in USD.

Visit our Upgrades page and fill in the request form. Jeff will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day with next steps. Upgrades take effect immediately once confirmed and your billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

Yes — email hello@aestheticdigital.co and we can pause your outreach at any time. Your subscription continues during a pause but no new emails are sent. This is useful if you're temporarily unavailable to respond to enquiries. We recommend a maximum 2-week pause to avoid losing campaign momentum.

Yes. Emails are sent from your dedicated outreach email address and signed with your name. Recipients see a plain, personal-looking email — not a mass marketing blast. The goal is for every email to feel like it was written personally by you.

Unsubscribes are handled automatically. If a recipient replies asking to be removed, our system detects it and immediately stops all future emails to that contact. They are added to a suppression list so they're never contacted again. This process is fully automated — you don't need to manage it manually.

Our outreach is designed to comply with CAN-SPAM (US) requirements. Every email includes a clear sender identity and an easy way to opt out. We only contact business professionals (real estate agents) in a B2B context.
